Frank Boudon is a Yale undergraduate in Pierson College who is a prospective Ethics, Politics, and Economics major. He is interested in international development and is grateful for the opportunity to participate in meaningful work that examines the important connection between ECD and peace. Outside of the classroom, Frank is involved in consulting, public policy research, and Yale’s UNICEF group.
From 2015-2017, Neha Anand was student research assistant at the Yale Child Study Center. Her activities involved assistance with the content creation of this communications platform that is designed to represent the Early Childhood Peace Consortium (ECPC) and support its mission and partner activities.
Nancy Shemrah Fallon has participated in child and adolescent social and mental health research for the past 25 years at the Yale Child Study Center in project coordination and digital technological capacities.

Liana Ghent is Executive Director of the International Step by Step Association (ISSA), a membership organization which serves as a learning community and a champion for quality and equity for all young children and their families. Since 2006, when she started at ISSA, under her leadership, the network has expanded to include over 70 member organizations from across Europe and Central Asia, engaging a dynamic mix of NGO’s, research centers, higher education and academic institutions.
Kimber Bogard, PhD, is the Senior Officer of Planning and Advancement and Director of the Innovation to Incubation Program at the National Academy of Medicine. In these roles, she leads the planning effort at the National Academy of Medicine and catalyzes internal and external partnerships and collaborations to bridge Academies’ consensus recommendations with implementation to have a greater impact on health.
Mohammed Abu-Nimer, PhD, is Professor of Peace and Conflict Resolution at American University, and Founder and President at the Salam Institute for Peace and Justice. Mohammed Abu-Nimer, of the International Peace and Conflict Resolution program, also serves as Director of the Peacebuilding and Development Institute.
