Introduction

Sadly, more children than ever before—at least 357 million globally—are now living in areas affected by conflict (Save the Children report, 2018). Many more are exposed to violence in their homes and neighborhoods. More needs to be done to build a more peaceful world. As stated by H.E. Ambassador Anwarul R. Chowdhury, “If we desire peace, we must build a culture of peace across the world that embraces humanity’s oneness”. What better place to start than with our children – the parents of the next generation?

Additional information relating to this work area will be provided as it becomes available.
