This one day conference explores the concept of leadership within the early years sector and aims to provide programme leaders, members of the management committees and independent owners with information, advice and networking opportunities to support their decision making and enhance outcomes for children.

Keynote speaker: June O’Sullivan MBE

June O’Sullivan MBE is Chief Executive of the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), a social enterprise which currently runs 37 nurseries across eleven London boroughs. 
 

In a world of widening social class and increasing child poverty, we need to do things differently. This presentation will tell the story of how social enterprise can change the way we operate with benefits for children, families and communities.
