UNESCO is convening an Innovative Dialogue on Early childhood care and education (ECCE)to engage global leaders, policy makers and many other ECCE stakeholders in a global partnership strategy in pursuit of SDG Target 4.2. The Dialogue will be an opportunity to frame the discussion of ECCE in the context of the global landscape in education.
