Dilshan is the Associate Director for Peacebuilding Programming with World Vision International. He provides overall leadership to the organizations efforts on integrating Peacebuilding into its Humanitarian, Development and Advocacy Programming. His core area of technical support includes: Empowering Children as Peacebuilders, Youth Peace and Security, and faith leader engagement in Peacebuilding and Conflict Sensitive programming.
