Dr. Pia Rebello Britto (Chief of Early Childhood Development, UN Children’s Fund) and Laura Turquet (Manager, Progress of the World’s Women Report, UN Women) on “Investing in family-friendly policies: Why it’s a price we can afford”. The objectives are to present new evidence on family-friendly policies and their implications for children, women and businesses; to build a ‘knowledge commons’ on the data and evidence for such policies and their implementation; and to galvanize champion countries and businesses to implement them.
