• Dr. Hassan Al-Bilawi, Secretary General “Arab Council for Childhood and Development” (based in Cairo) 

• Dr. Muhammad Miqdadi, Secretary General “The National Council for Family Affairs in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan” (based in Amman)
