Many of us might think that we are eating right, but are we? Stress impacts our food decisions and behaviors around food. Understanding the foundations of nutrition and instilling healthy eating habits in children will build strong immune systems and resiliency.
During this live event, you will learn how to:
- meet children’s dietary needs through nutrition
- develop strategies for overcoming challenges when it comes to improving children’s intake of healthy foods
- respond to stress-induced eating behaviors
- model healthy eating behaviors to your children and how to create an action plan for a healthy family diet
- to reinforce healthy eating habits among your students (for teachers)
- Information shared during this live event is crucial for parents, teachers, social workers and anyone currently taking care of children - both in person and remotely.
