Please join us for an evening panel presentation about the global refugee crisis entitled “Forced from Home” on Friday, May 17 at Connecticut’s Grace Farms in New Canaan. The event will feature panelists:

  • Anne Richards, former Asst. Secretary of State for Population, Refugees and Migration,
  • Claudia Connor, President and CEO of the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigration, and
  • Casey Harrity, Save the Children’s Senior Director of Humanitarian Programs.

A central part of Save the Children’s mission is to protect children in conflict and change behaviors that expose children to violence. Events are being held this month across the country to speak out on the need to protect children whose lives and futures are at risk due to war and conflict.
