Improves coordination among development partners in Europe and Central Asia in order to join forces to advance the early childhood agenda at the regional and national levels. Its goal is to catalyze a movement in Europe and Central Asia for convergent, high quality, and equitable services to promote the development and well-being of all young children (zero to eight years old) and their families.
