Aditi Shrikhande is a programme officer with the Early Childhood Development (ECD) team in UNICEF Headquarters, based in New York, and provides planning, operational and advocacy support to the ECPC Secretariat and Chairperson. In her capacity as ECD Officer at UNICEF, Aditi helps with UNICEF’s programming, partnership and advocacy work, primarily around early childhood development in emergencies and peacebuilding. Prior to working in the Programme Group, Aditi was with UNICEF’s Division of Communications, supporting the work of the #EarlyMomentsMatter campaign. Aditi has previously worked in schools and education-focused NGOs in the USA, UK, UAE and India. She has a M.A. in Sociology and Children's Rights from the University of London (UCL), and a B.A. from Vassar College in New York.
