MMM teams up with non-profits for SymptomSurvey

09.07.20

Providing a voice for patients, families, and caregivers. Have your say by responding to our Survey.

COVID 19 has highlighted the global need for health systems to be better prepared. For this, it is important that healthcare professionals really understand what matters most to us when we or our loved ones are experiencing flu-like illness.

To provide a voice for patients, families, and caregivers, MMM  has teamed up with two non-profit organizations, the Vienna Vaccine Safety Initiative and Families Fighting Flu.

The SymptomSurvey is your opportunity to tell healthcare professionals how you as a patient or caregiver experience symptoms.

This is an opinion survey; there are no right or wrong answers! And you will be helping us determine how healthcare professionals can better serve patient populations.

The survey is expected to take about 20 minutes of your time. You may use your computer or mobile device. We welcome your response and those of your partners/spouses or adult household members. Please ensure that each respondent in your household uses a different device when taking part in the survey.

Your individual responses will be kept confidential at all times and you will not be asked to share any medically sensitive information. You may skip any questions you do not wish to answer.

Your members-only password is: SymptomSurvey2020

The results of the SymptomSurvey will be published (in aggregate) on the Symptomsurvey website – Stay tuned.

Thank you in advance for your important contribution to this project.
